The audience thought a goal was coming when Koray Yeltekin got free with Volkan Namal in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Necdet Naim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hafız Onuralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Koray Yeltekin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Volkan Namal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Koray Yeltekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Koray Yeltekin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bayhan Hüryaşar kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goalkeeper Volkan Namal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Koray Yeltekin. The Erdek supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Arsenal's performance. The match ended with a win for Arsenal.
