Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Baykal Durdu took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Trabzon Belediyespor's Gökay Engiay got control of the ball when Birsel Sadun tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 4th minute Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökay Engiay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Birsel Sadun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gökay Engiay, 1-0. Gökay Engiay made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Birsel Sadun sent off a good shot on target. After 9 minutes, Birsel Serbülend mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trabzon Belediyespor and the Besiktas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Birsel Serbülend hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gökay Engiay was a little too slow when Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baykal Durdu struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Osman Erçevik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabzon Belediyespor. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nizam Onur got free with Gökay Engiay in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gökay Engiay made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Mehmet Bedri Özdinç sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the match, Trabzon Belediyespor's goal looked a bit too open when Emirhan Balta came free, but Gökay Engiay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trabzon Belediyespor's Gökay Engiay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Trabzon Belediyespor from getting a goal against them. The score was now 3-0. 38 minutes into the game, Lütfullah Sevgen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Trabzon Belediyespor's Abdulkerim Kutluay quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Osman Erçevik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baykal Durdu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Nizam Onur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Gökay Engiay made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Trabzon Belediyespor getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ali Haydar Resulhan hit a great ball. Gökay Engiay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Ege Şahoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Emirhan Balta made a precise shot to the right of Gökay Engiay. Trabzon Belediyespor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. With 66 minutes on the clock, Abdulkerim Kutluay commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Abdulkerim Kutluay kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Umut Kayaer didn't quite understand what happened when in the 68 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Gökay Engiay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nizam Onur, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Trabzon Belediyespor's Gökay Engiay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birsel Sadun in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emirhan Balta in the 73rd minute of play forced Trabzon Belediyespor's goalkeeper Gökay Engiay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökay Engiay came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Besiktas's Nizam Onur. But to his dismay, Nizam Onur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. After 80 minutes, Baykal Durdu mouthed his way into the referee's book. Gökay Engiay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birsel Sadun in the 88th minute of play forced Trabzon Belediyespor's goalkeeper Gökay Engiay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Birsel Sadun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nizam Onur in the 92nd minute of play forced Trabzon Belediyespor's goalkeeper Gökay Engiay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Suat Taib might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osman Erçevik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Suat Taib ran back to his position shaking his head. Gökay Engiay came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Besiktas's Birsel Sadun. But to his dismay, Birsel Sadun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. When the referee ended the match the Besiktas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
