Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Baysal Baysu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Baykal Tanyıldız made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baysal Baysu in the 10th minute of play. Reşit Yonal scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baykal Tanyıldız, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Baysal Baysu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baysal Baysu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baykal Tanyıldız having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Boyabat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kuddusî Sayhan to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Nurtekin Sufi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boyabat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Tarkan Esay kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Boyabat's Baykal Tanyıldız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reşit Yonal in the 40th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

69 minutes into the game, Nurtekin Sufi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nadir Cezar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 played minutes Boyabat got a freekick which was hit by Nurtekin Sufi. In the 78th minute, Reşit Yonal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baysal Baysu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Nurtekin Sufi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nadir Cezar having to interfere. Cihan Barlas's late challenge caught a İSLAMGÜNEŞİ F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cihan Barlas helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had been going on for 87 minutes, İSLAMGÜNEŞİ F.C's Tolga Pekol got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Baykal Tanyıldız. 92 minutes into the game, Zikri Hatırlı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boyabat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave İSLAMGÜNEŞİ F.C the free kick. A collision led to Boyabat getting a freekick after 92 minutes play.
