Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Selim Yanar in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sufi Zoral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Necmettin Türk to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Selim Yanar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sufi Zoral. Karahisar-ı Şark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Selim Yanar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.
