Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ragıp Zeyrek kicked off to start the match. Alpay Fazilet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragıp Zeyrek in the 7th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ragıp Zeyrek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alpay Fazilet was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Özcan Kantürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Alpay Fazilet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Cengelköy's Berkay Zaim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alpay Fazilet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 19 minutes, Ragıp Zeyrek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cengelköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ragıp Zeyrek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Özcan Kantürk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Alpay Fazilet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Özcan Kantürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alpay Fazilet having to interfere. Alpay Fazilet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ragıp Zeyrek's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Ragıp Zeyrek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mersin's Alpay Fazilet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ragıp Zeyrek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alpay Fazilet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cengelköy's Ragıp Zeyrek in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mersin's goalie prevented a goal. When Ragıp Zeyrek fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cengelköy's protests and gave Ragıp Zeyrek a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cevdet Özge made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ragıp Zeyrek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alpay Fazilet was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Özcan Kantürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Alpay Fazilet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özcan Kantürk might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alpay Fazilet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Özcan Kantürk ran back to his position shaking his head. If Özcan Kantürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alpay Fazilet came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Cengelköy's Özcan Kantürk. But to his dismay, Özcan Kantürk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Ragıp Zeyrek put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alpay Fazilet. After 76 minutes, Ragıp Zeyrek made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mersin's Alpay Fazilet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alpay Fazilet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özcan Kantürk in the 80th minute of play. Alpay Fazilet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ragıp Zeyrek went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Cengelköy's Özcan Kantürk got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Ragıp Zeyrek in the 92nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the referee ended the match the Cengelköy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
