An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkay Zaim in the 38th minute of play forced Tekirdağ's goalkeeper Güray Urluk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Tekirdağ's goal looked a bit too open when Özcan Kantürk came free, but Güray Urluk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40thth minute of the game Özcan Kantürk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tekirdağ's Güray Urluk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Berkay Zaim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Güray Urluk having to make a save. In the 44th minute Ali Güralp Enginer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla Tarkan Okhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilla Tarkan Okhan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vedat Yumus went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Vedat Yumus made the kick off in the second half. Berkay Zaims short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Güray Urluk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vedat Yumus in the 59th minute of play forced Cengelköy's goalkeeper Atilla Tarkan Okhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Cengelköy defense, Vedat Yumus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilla Tarkan Okhan. The Cengelköy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilla Tarkan Okhan should have stopped the shot. Güray Urluk made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Özcan Kantürk sent off a good shot on target. If Özcan Kantürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Tekirdağ got a freekick which was hit by Vedat Yumus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vedat Yumus in the 76th minute of play forced Cengelköy's goalkeeper Atilla Tarkan Okhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tekirdağ's Ali Güralp Enginer got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Ali Güralp Enginer off the ground. In the 88th minute, Berkay Zaim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vedat Yumus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Atilla Tarkan Okhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arif Tugay Düden hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Özcan Kantürk notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Tekirdağ's Güray Urluk. Güray Urluk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
