Vedat Yumus started the match with the kick off. Ali Güralp Enginer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Tekirdağ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ali Güralp Enginer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykut Keşif having to interfere. Karaburun SK's Aykut Keşif proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Karaburun SK from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Tekirdağ's Ali Güralp Enginer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Karaburun SK's goal looked a bit too open when Vedat Yumus came free, but Aykut Keşif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Hüseyin Cahit Oğuztüzün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güray Urluk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Güralp Enginer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes in the game, Ali Güralp Enginer fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aykut Keşif having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Hafız Durna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karaburun SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tekirdağ the free kick. In the 28th minute of the game, Tekirdağ got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Tekirdağ's Güray Urluk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vefa Okatan in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Karaburun SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Güralp Enginer came free, but Aykut Keşif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Güralp Enginer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Demircan Kanat hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vefa Okatan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Vedat Yumus notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Karaburun SK's Aykut Keşif. Aykut Keşif was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ali Güralp Enginer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Aykut Keşif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Demircan Kanat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güray Urluk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vedat Yumus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hüseyin Cahit Oğuztüzün got free with Güray Urluk in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes, Muhittin Suerkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tekirdağ and the Karaburun SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tekirdağ's Muhittin Suerkan got a free kick in the 71st minute. Ali Güralp Enginer scored 4-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aykut Keşif, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Güralp Enginer's late challenge caught a Karaburun SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Güralp Enginer helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tekirdağ's Ali Güralp Enginer got a free kick in the 78th minute. Hüseyin Cahit Oğuztüzün could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Güray Urluk made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vedat Yumus in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aykut Keşif saved Karaburun SK from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Tekirdağ's Ali Güralp Enginer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aykut Keşif narrowly saved just below the crossbar. İskender Baki Hacıahmetoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Tekirdağ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
