Esen Bahçıvan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ekber Akdeniz's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When İbrahim Efe Şahinter came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sütlüce SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İbrahim Efe Şahinter couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Barlas FC defense, Ekber Akdeniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esen Bahçıvan. The Barlas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esen Bahçıvan should have stopped the shot. İbrahim Efe Şahinter might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esen Bahçıvan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. İbrahim Efe Şahinter ran back to his position shaking his head. Yaman Kandemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktan Yağızbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 33 played minutes, Barlas FC's Doruk Arslanoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yaman Kandemir came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barlas FC reached it. Yaman Kandemir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Işıker in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Barlas FC's zone, İbrahim Efe Şahinter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İbrahim Efe Şahinter to make the kick off. Yaman Kandemir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göktan Yağızbay in the 83rd minute of play forced Sütlüce SK's goalkeeper Yaman Kandemir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haşim Ceberut's late challenge caught a Sütlüce SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haşim Ceberut helped the player get up and apologised. Haşim Ceberut kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barlas FC's Haşim Ceberut got a free kick in the 97th minute.
