Aras Görkem Zahir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamza Tuğtaşı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Real Mardin's Kubilay Cerit got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Erol İşcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Timur Temizsan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timur Temizsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Hazım Keyfer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Erol İşcan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bornova and the Real Mardin players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timur Temizsan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hazım Keyfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fehmi Salur in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 minutes Bornova's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nihat Adalı who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Real Mardin's corner Nihat Adalı fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hazım Keyfer quite easily take care of the ball. Hamza Tuğtaşı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Görkem Zahir having to interfere. When Hamza Tuğtaşı came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Bornova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamza Tuğtaşı couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Hamza Tuğtaşı took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Aras Görkem Zahir to make any attempt to save it. Ömer Rıza Yolaç hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Nihat Adalı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hazım Keyfer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Bornova's Hacı Ali Öktemer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aras Görkem Zahir. Aras Görkem Zahir yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 87th minute Erol İşcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aras Görkem Zahir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Real Mardin booed when Bornova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hacı Ali Öktemer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamza Tuğtaşı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aras Görkem Zahir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Hacı Ali Öktemer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Real Mardin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bornova were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
