With a left leg Aras Görkem Zahir saved Real Mardin from getting behind. When Oktay Akçay fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Mardin's protests and gave Oktay Akçay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Oktay Akçay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sezer Tanırer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ali Kaan Hicabi sped through Real Mardin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aras Görkem Zahir. Ali Kaan Hicabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aras Görkem Zahir having to interfere. Reyhanli FK's İsrafil Tokyay got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aras Görkem Zahir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Kaan Hicabi in the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Real Mardin's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Kaan Hicabi came free, but Aras Görkem Zahir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reyhanli FK's İsrafil Tokyay got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The audience was convinced that Ali Kaan Hicabi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aras Görkem Zahir was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After having played for 89 minutes, Ali Kaan Hicabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reyhanli FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Kaan Hicabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aras Görkem Zahir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kaan Hicabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Real Mardin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Reyhanli FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
