An unexpectedly hard shot by Necat Ümran in the 27th minute of play forced Aybasti's goalkeeper Muhittin Sirri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind BOLUSPOR's goalkeeper Sungurhan Özercan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turgut Sıbgatullah to make the kick off. Arif Nihat Erten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aybasti's Muhittin Sirri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Aybasti from getting a goal against them. When Baran Alp Ongel fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aybasti's protests and gave Baran Alp Ongel a yellow card for diving instead. After 54 played minutes Aybasti got a freekick which was hit by Baran Alp Ongel. Turgut Sıbgatullah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Serbülent Ulaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Muhittin Sirri. Aybasti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serbülent Ulaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 78th minute of the match, Serbülent Ulaş got a very nice opportunity to score, but Muhittin Sirri was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Aybasti's goalkeeper Muhittin Sirri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Necat Ümran. When Necat Ümran came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the BOLUSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necat Ümran couldn't finish the play. Bircan Ağaverdi hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. BOLUSPOR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
