Korhan Dağtekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baykal Akersoy's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Abdulhamit Öğeturk succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. In the 14th minute Baykal Akersoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korhan Dağtekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korhan Dağtekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykal Akersoy in the 16th minute of play. Baykal Akersoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Korhan Dağtekin having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emir Tansu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes Cour FC got a freekick which was hit by Emir Tansu. Korhan Dağtekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aktuğ Nesefi, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Zaid Yağızkurt might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Burhan Erel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zaid Yağızkurt ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th minute Arif Cengiz Semi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korhan Dağtekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cour FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Zaid Yağızkurt scored to the left of an out of position Burhan Erel, making the score, 2-0. The supporters of Tirebolu FK booed when Cour FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baykal Akersoy didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdulhamit Öğeturk made a kick off. With a little luck, Tirebolu FK's Korhan Dağtekin got control of the ball when Baykal Akersoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Korhan Dağtekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Cengiz Semi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Tirebolu FK defense, Baykal Akersoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Korhan Dağtekin. The Tirebolu FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Korhan Dağtekin should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aktuğ Nesefi during the 64th minute. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
