Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) Haldun Bircan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Yusufeli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vefa Tunç to maneuver through the defense. Tolunay Vecihi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haldun Bircan in the 4th minute of play. Vefa Tunç received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Baki Tezalp came out and tried to block the shot, but Vefa Tunç slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. If İzzet Sümre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Baki Tezalp made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Gökcan Işınay sent off a good shot on target. Behçet Boztepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tolunay Vecihi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haldun Bircan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ahmet Baki Tezalp made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when İzzet Sümre sent off a good shot on target. When Behçet Boztepe fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yusufeli's protests and gave Behçet Boztepe a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Yusufeli got a freekick which was hit by Behçet Boztepe. Tolunay Vecihi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murat Hacıbeyoğlu in the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Yusufeli getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Derviş Okbudun hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Gürün JK's Berkay Ragıp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tolunay Vecihi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Haldun Bircan made a precise shot to the right of Tolunay Vecihi. Yusufeli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, Yusufeli's goal looked a bit too open when Haldun Bircan came free, but Tolunay Vecihi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Yusufeli's zone, Berkay Ragıp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolunay Vecihi came out of the goal and Berkay Ragıp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Haldun Bircan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Yusufeli's Tolunay Vecihi. Tolunay Vecihi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yusufeli's Tolunay Vecihi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berkay Ragıp in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Gürün JK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İzzet Sümre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by İzzet Sümre in the 52nd minute of play forced Gürün JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Baki Tezalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Baki Tezalp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İzzet Sümre went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Tolunay Vecihi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berkay Ragıp in the 57th minute. When İzzet Sümre came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Yusufeli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İzzet Sümre couldn't finish the play. Şamil Erencan kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by İzzet Sümre in the 73rd minute of play forced Gürün JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Baki Tezalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berkay Ragıp's late challenge caught a Yusufeli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berkay Ragıp helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Gürün JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berkay Ragıp to maneuver through the defense. Tolunay Vecihi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haldun Bircan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berkay Ragıp got free with Tolunay Vecihi in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Berkay Ragıp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Tolunay Vecihi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tolunay Vecihi made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Haldun Bircan sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute, İzzet Sümre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yusufeli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Gürün JK's Haldun Bircan got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Haldun Bircan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tolunay Vecihi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haldun Bircan in the 96th minute of the match.
