Saip Demirkan hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the GÖKTÜRK FK defense, Ayberk Masum kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İslam Togay. The GÖKTÜRK FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İslam Togay should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Halil İbrahim Uluhan in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İslam Togay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Halil İbrahim Uluhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in GÖKTÜRK FK's zone, Engin Kılınç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İslam Togay came out of the goal and Engin Kılınç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, GÖKTÜRK FK's Zafer Niyaz got a free kick in the 18th minute. Arkın Canay struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. İslam Togay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dargecit SK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasan Tahsin Kutay in the 22nd minute of play forced GÖKTÜRK FK's goalkeeper İslam Togay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes of play, Dargecit SK's Arkın Canay made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. İslam Togay was left in no man's land by his defense there! İslam Togay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arkın Canay went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Meriç Ozansu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yavuz Şanberk in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yavuz Şanberk was the one to do the kick off. İslam Togay made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Engin Kılınç sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Yavuz Şanberk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hasan Tahsin Kutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. İslam Togay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Halil İbrahim Uluhan in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İslam Togay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halil İbrahim Uluhan in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İslam Togay saved GÖKTÜRK FK from getting behind. Meriç Ozansu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Şanberk in the 66th minute of the match. Dargecit SK's Meriç Ozansu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Davut Fişek in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Dargecit SK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Halil İbrahim Uluhan hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Dargecit SK's Halil İbrahim Uluhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İslam Togay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. İslam Togay made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Engin Kılınç sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute Halil İbrahim Uluhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İslam Togay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Yavuz Şanberk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, Şemsettin Seza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GÖKTÜRK FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dargecit SK the free kick. The supporters of Dargecit SK booed when GÖKTÜRK FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şemsettin Seza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hasan Tahsin Kutay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İslam Togay having to interfere. Halil İbrahim Uluhan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, İslam Togay skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. İslam Togay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Engin Kılınç in the 96th minute. Dargecit SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
