In the 6thth minute of the game Şeray Tanuğur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Midyat's Hüsamettin Esay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Batur Dahi's late challenge caught a Cindere Gençlik SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batur Dahi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Batur Dahi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giray Ergenç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Cindere Gençlik SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cemal İnanoğlu came free, but Kartal Ulvi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemal İnanoğlu in the 19th minute of play forced Cindere Gençlik SK's goalkeeper Kartal Ulvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cemal Ass short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Hüsamettin Esay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 23rd minute, Cemal As got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cemal İnanoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kartal Ulvi having to interfere. Şeray Tanuğur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hüsamettin Esay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giray Ergenç in the 33rd minute of play forced Cindere Gençlik SK's goalkeeper Kartal Ulvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes Cindere Gençlik SK got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Temizsan. In the 39th minute of the match Baturhan Sağbilge shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kartal Ulvi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 41 played minutes Midyat got a freekick which was hit by Cafer Bağış. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şeray Tanuğur in the 43rd minute of play forced Midyat's goalkeeper Hüsamettin Esay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Midyat's Basri Egelioğlu tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giray Ergenç was the one to do the kick off. If Cenap Safi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cindere Gençlik SK's Kartal Ulvi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giray Ergenç in the 59th minute of play. Hüsamettin Esay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şeray Tanuğur went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Şeray Tanuğur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüsamettin Esay having to interfere. Basri Egelioğlu hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Aktuğ Turay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hüsamettin Esay. Midyat's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 69 played minutes Midyat got a freekick which was hit by Sait Tanırer. Cemal As recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şeray Tanuğur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüsamettin Esay having to interfere. Cemal İnanoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kartal Ulvi having to make a save. When Giray Ergenç came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Midyat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giray Ergenç couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Cemal İnanoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giray Ergenç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cindere Gençlik SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Giray Ergenç scored to the left of an out of position Kartal Ulvi, making the score, 1-1. In the 96th minute, Midyat's Giray Ergenç dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Midyat walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
