Yetkiner Sadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ataol Aksungur, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mehmet Akif Türcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yetkiner Sadi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 46 played minutes Yildizeli FK got a freekick which was hit by Kürşat Sanal. Akil Saruca shot a long shot in the 47th minute and a light blocked Yetkiner Sadi hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ataol Aksungur to strike the kick off in the second half. If Cezmi Başat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yildizeli FK's Yetkiner Sadi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ataol Aksungur in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Hüsmen Akyüz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yildizeli FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüsmen Akyüz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Acar Nasrullah came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Yildizeli FK's Hüsmen Akyüz. But to his dismay, Hüsmen Akyüz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Ataol Aksungur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club 21's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
