Fatih Uçma started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Hendek booed when Yesilyurt FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asım Arif Demirağ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fazıl Özender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Kılıçalp Gürgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Asım Arif Demirağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fazıl Özender recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kılıçalp Gürgan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fatih Kadir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kılıçalp Gürgan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fatih Kadir in the 14th minute of the match. Fatih Kadir kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulaş Muammer during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Fatih Kadir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asım Arif Demirağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kılıçalp Gürgan having to interfere. Fatih Uçma kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Tolga Işık came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Yesilyurt FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolga Işık couldn't finish the play. Fatih Kadir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kılıçalp Gürgan having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asım Arif Demirağ stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hendek's Kılıçalp Gürgan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Ali Siyami in the 51st minute of play. Yesilyurt FK's Asım Arif Demirağ got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kılıçalp Gürgan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasan Ali Siyami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Yesilyurt FK's zone, Fatih Uçma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Oğuz Adsoy came out of the goal and Fatih Uçma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Asım Arif Demirağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. Yesilyurt FK's Hasan Ali Siyami got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Yesilyurt FK's Asım Arif Demirağ in the 86th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Kılıçalp Gürgan was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Hendek through an amazing save. With a little luck, Hendek's Kılıçalp Gürgan got control of the ball when Fatih Kadir tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 88 minutes, Hasan Ali Siyami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yesilyurt FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hasan Ali Siyami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Hendek's goal looked a bit too open when Asım Arif Demirağ came free, but Kılıçalp Gürgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fazıl Özender had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sezgin Tengiz hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Fatih Kadir struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Kılıçalp Gürgan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yesilyurt FK. Despite being the better team, Yesilyurt FK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
