Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gürkan Seylab got the match started through his kick off. After 7 played minutes Artvinspor got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Oğuz Işık. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serhat Satıbey in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Osman Uçuk saved Trabzonspor from getting behind. Trabzonspor's Mehmet Osman Uçuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zülfü Saik in the 11th minute of play. Reis Akkurt made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Cüneyd Adsoy sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute of the match, Şehzade İzci got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reis Akkurt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serhat Satıbey in the 17th minute of play forced Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Mehmet Osman Uçuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Artvinspor's Gürkan Seylab made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Osman Uçuk was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Artvinspor's Ali Emir Kayıboylu got a free kick in the 21st minute. When Cüneyd Adsoy fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trabzonspor's protests and gave Cüneyd Adsoy a yellow card for diving instead. Mehmet Osman Uçuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zülfü Saik, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The Artvinspor fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Artvinspor's Gürkan Seylab looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ali Emir Kayıboylu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mehmet Osman Uçuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gürkan Seylab struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Mehmet Osman Uçuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Artvinspor. In the 35th minute, Zülfü Saik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Artvinspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Mehmet Osman Uçuk came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Artvinspor's Gürkan Seylab. But to his dismay, Gürkan Seylab quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Mehmet Osman Uçuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zülfü Saik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The corner went over the outstretched arms of Trabzonspor's goalie and right to Kunter Çalapover. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Trabzonspor's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mehmet Osman Uçuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zülfü Saik in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Artvinspor's zone, Cüneyd Adsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reis Akkurt came out of the goal and Cüneyd Adsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Serhat Satıbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Artvinspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serhat Satıbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serhat Satıbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Mehmet Osman Uçuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Trabzonspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cüneyd Adsoy to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Osman Uçuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zülfü Saik in the 66th minute. Gürkan Seylab who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Osman Uçuk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Trabzonspor getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tümer İşcan hit a great ball. Zülfü Saik took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Osman Uçuk. Mehmet Osman Uçuk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 73rd minute, Arif Ensar Kultigin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Serhat Satıbey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Osman Uçuk. Trabzonspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serhat Satıbey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Mehmet Osman Uçuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orkun Buğra in the 80th minute. Zülfü Saiks short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Mehmet Osman Uçuk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürkan Seylab in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Osman Uçuk saved Trabzonspor from getting behind. Artvinspor's Serhat Satıbey got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Mehmet Osman Uçuk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Reis Akkurt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birsel Genişyürek went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score.
