The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mehmet Çağrı Kahya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. One of ALPEREN:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kayseri ERCİYESSPOR:s goal. The referee gave Kayseri ERCİYESSPOR a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aysan Uzlet, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ALPEREN's Samet Kuntay. 0-1. If Fuat Beşer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Gafur Azimoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arda Göksel Yetkiners short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Alemdar Karasu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raşit Olgunsu during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gafur Azimoğlu's late challenge caught a ALPEREN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gafur Azimoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. When Gafur Azimoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Kayseri ERCİYESSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gafur Azimoğlu couldn't finish the play. Alemdar Karasu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinan Turaç in the 35th minute of the match. Arda Göksel Yetkiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alemdar Karasu having to interfere. Arda Göksel Yetkiner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fuat Beşer in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alemdar Karasu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arda Göksel Yetkiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alemdar Karasu having to interfere. Alemdar Karasu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fuat Beşer, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The supporters of ALPEREN booed when Kayseri ERCİYESSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Çağrı Kahya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gafur Azimoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fuat Beşer took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alemdar Karasu. Alemdar Karasu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Fuat Beşer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ALPEREN's Samet Kuntay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save ALPEREN from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute, Fuat Beşer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72 played minutes Kayseri ERCİYESSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Ali Haydar Terzioğlu. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Fuat Beşer managed to get in a good position for a shot. ALPEREN's supporters rose to their feet, but Fuat Beşer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alemdar Karasu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 75 minutes, Arda Göksel Yetkiner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALPEREN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arda Göksel Yetkiner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fuat Beşer in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Sinan Turaç charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sinan Turaç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
