Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Göksel Özbilen kicked off to start the match. SOFİCANLAR FK's Boran Ağar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save SOFİCANLAR FK from getting a goal against them. Güneri Selim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göksel Özbilen's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After 6 played minutes SOFİCANLAR FK got a freekick which was hit by Aral Cevahir. Gastamonu37's Altay Taci got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the game, Mustafa Numan Tibet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boran Ağar. Mustafa Numan Tibet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Göksel Özbilen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Göksel Özbilen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güneri Selim was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Göksel Özbilen struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Güneri Selim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SOFİCANLAR FK. Güneri Selim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onurhan Cebel in the 19th minute of play. Altay Taci's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Boran Ağar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Altay Taci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talat İltan placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 40thth minute of the game Göksel Özbilen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gastamonu37's Güneri Selim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Aral Cevahir suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 41 minutes into the game, Mustafa Numan Tibet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gastamonu37's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SOFİCANLAR FK the free kick. After 42 played minutes Gastamonu37 got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Numan Tibet. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of SOFİCANLAR FK booed when Gastamonu37 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aycan Alansoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustafa Numan Tibet struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Boran Ağar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gastamonu37. After having played for 61 minutes, Altay Taci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gastamonu37's supporters crossed their fingers, but Altay Taci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Bedri Özbilir's late challenge caught a Gastamonu37's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Bedri Özbilir helped the player get up and apologised. Mehmet Bedri Özbilir kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Güneri Selim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Onurhan Cebel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Altay Taci in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boran Ağar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Altay Taci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boran Ağar having to interfere. Göksel Özbilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 minutes of play Gastamonu37's Mustafa Numan Tibet was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mustafa Numan Tibet kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Altay Taci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boran Ağar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SOFİCANLAR FK's Ahmet Nedim Niyaz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Duran Erkinay in the 88 minute of the game. If Göksel Özbilen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes SOFİCANLAR FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Nedim Niyaz. Duran Erkinay got a throw-in 94 minutes in the game and the ball was received by İnanç Özbal. SOFİCANLAR FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
