Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Vacib Canay started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Yusuf Ziya Ülküsel hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Esentepe defense, Fazıl Civan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oğuz Ulukut. The Esentepe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oğuz Ulukut should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Esentepe getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ecevit Oktar hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Vacib Canay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gencay Özkar might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Işıkalp Nadir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gencay Özkar ran back to his position shaking his head. When Ramiz Korcan came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Esentepe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiz Korcan couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Akcakale JK's goal looked a bit too open when Gencay Özkar came free, but Işıkalp Nadir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vacib Canay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oğuz Ulukut having to interfere. Işıkalp Nadir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiz Korcan in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Akcakale JK's goal looked a bit too open when Gencay Özkar came free, but Işıkalp Nadir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Işıkalp Nadir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiz Korcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akcakale JK's Işıkalp Nadir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiz Korcan in the 37th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiz Korcan was the one to do the kick off. Fazıl Civan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 66 minutes, Ramiz Korcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esentepe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiz Korcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oğuz Ulukut stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fazıl Civan's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Gencay Özkar in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Işıkalp Nadir, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gencay Özkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Işıkalp Nadir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ramiz Korcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esentepe's Yusuf Ziya Ülküsel got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Ramiz Korcan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Işıkalp Nadir. The goal made the score 2-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Akcakale JK were victorious despite being under pressure from Esentepe for much of the match.
