After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uğuralp Oğuzata to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Uğuralp Oğuzata's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Işıkalp Nadir was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Uğuralp Oğuzata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abidin Salahaddin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Civan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Akcakale JK's Rahman İmge suffered a sprained foot after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 64th match minute, Şeref Sayısı was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Egemen Beysun to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Enver Savaşer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Şeref Sayısı's Abidin Salahaddin didn't even have to move. In the 69th minute, Fazıl Civan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abidin Salahaddin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Civan in the 72nd minute of play. Işıkalp Nadir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uğuralp Oğuzata in the 77th minute of play. Fazıl Civan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 84 minutes, Arif Egemen Beysun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Şeref Sayısı's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arif Egemen Beysun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Işıkalp Nadir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uğuralp Oğuzata, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Akcakale JK's zone, Uğuralp Oğuzata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Işıkalp Nadir came out of the goal and Uğuralp Oğuzata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uğuralp Oğuzata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Işıkalp Nadir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When Servet Şevki fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akcakale JK's protests and gave Servet Şevki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd match minute, Akcakale JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Servet Şevki to maneuver through the defense. Yaman Arıkhan came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Işıkalp Nadir could save by the left post. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
