Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tanju Gökalp started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Gündüz Atabey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Poyraz Sabahaddin was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. 4 minutes into the match, Melih Yiğit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Poyraz Sabahaddin. The referee ignored Kartal JK's protests and gave Mustafa Cumhur Tefhim a yellow card for diving instead. Gaski's Arkın Tur couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kartal JK. 14 minutes into the match, Kartal JK's goal looked a bit too open when Tanju Gökalp came free, but Ergincan Bartu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ergincan Bartu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanju Gökalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Nuratay Erek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ergincan Bartu having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bekir Kara in the 22nd minute of play forced Gaski's goalkeeper Poyraz Sabahaddin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anıl Mücahit Eke kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ahmet Gündüz Atabeys short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Poyraz Sabahaddin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 31 played minutes Kartal JK got a freekick which was hit by Karahan Baştugay. Arkın Tur struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ergincan Bartu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaski. In the 33rd minute, Cezmi Hayırlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Gaski got a freekick which was hit by Reis Erel. Mustafa Cumhur Tefhim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Poyraz Sabahaddin made a huge save. Ahmet Gündüz Atabey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Gündüz Atabey was the one to do the kick off. Melih Yiğit struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Poyraz Sabahaddin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kartal JK. Melih Yiğit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Poyraz Sabahaddin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Ahmet Gündüz Atabey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Poyraz Sabahaddin having to interfere. When Kartal JK's Ahmet Gündüz Atabey in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gaski's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute, Tanju Gökalp reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ergincan Bartu. The goal made the score 1-1. Melih Yiğit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Ercan Temcit made a precise shot to the right of Ergincan Bartu. Kartal JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 72 minutes into the match, Gaski's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gündüz Atabey came free, but Poyraz Sabahaddin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Mustafa Cumhur Tefhim made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gaski's Poyraz Sabahaddin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Melih Yiğit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Poyraz Sabahaddin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ahmet Gündüz Atabey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kartal JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Gündüz Atabey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Poyraz Sabahaddin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ahmet Gündüz Atabey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Poyraz Sabahaddin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Gündüz Atabey's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Poyraz Sabahaddin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Cumhur Tefhim went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Mustafa Cumhur Tefhim hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ergincan Bartu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanju Gökalp in the 91st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melih Yiğit in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Poyraz Sabahaddin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Gaski's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gündüz Atabey came free, but Poyraz Sabahaddin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaski's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
