Uygur Sadan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berker Acaröz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Yakup Uluerkan came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Beyoglu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yakup Uluerkan couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Recep Tayyip Numan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dilaver Nurtac in the 56th minute of the match. If Orhun Bekdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emir Nasrullah during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orhun Bekdemir's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Uygur Sadan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Dilaver Nurtac managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beyoglu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dilaver Nurtac was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orhun Bekdemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
