Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abidin Ekincioğlu got the match started through his kick off. Halim Özgurel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Tugay Nejat having to interfere. Arif Tugay Nejat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abidin Ekincioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abidin Ekincioğlu hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Abidin Ekincioğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Tugay Nejat. Refahiye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abidin Ekincioğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Refahiye's zone, Abidin Ekincioğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Tugay Nejat came out of the goal and Abidin Ekincioğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mehmet Çağrı Başdaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Alptuğ Talip was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Refahiye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maltepespor SK the free kick. After 31 played minutes Refahiye got a freekick which was hit by Alptuğ Talip. If Abidin Ekincioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the match, Refahiye's goal looked a bit too open when Cevdet Bektaş came free, but Arif Tugay Nejat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdullatif Akyel in the 36th minute of play forced Maltepespor SK's goalkeeper Izydor Solibieda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes Refahiye got a freekick which was hit by Alptuğ Talip. Arif Tugay Nejat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevdet Bektaş in the 46th minute of the match. In the 49th minute, Abidin Ekincioğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maltepespor SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdullatif Akyel to strike the kick off in the second half. Abidin Ekincioğlu struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Arif Tugay Nejat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maltepespor SK. Abdullatif Akyel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izydor Solibieda having to interfere. Sabit Toydeniz lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 66th minute, one of Refahiye:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Refahiye. The goalkeeper, Arif Tugay Nejat, was totally fooled by Maltepespor SK's Varol Cebe, who 68 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Abidin Ekincioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alptuğ Talip kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Abidin Ekincioğlu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arif Tugay Nejat. The goal made the score 0-4. Arif Tugay Nejat came out of the goal and Halim Özgurel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Halim Saip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 minutes, Uğur Adıgüzel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Refahiye and the Maltepespor SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uğur Adıgüzel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Abidin Ekincioğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arif Tugay Nejat having to make a save. In the 96th minute, Enginalp Ustaoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abidin Ekincioğlu in the 100th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Tugay Nejat prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
