Halil Can Sorgun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Halil Can Sorgun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Trabzonspor's Anıl Baran Doğay got a free kick in the 59th minute. Erdinç Cangun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halil Can Sorgun having to interfere. In the 65th minute Tansu Duran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kudret Tanaltan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
