Abbas Kalagay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kadim Siraceddin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Düzovaspor's zone, Battal Seyyit Armağan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ertuğrul Cihannur came out of the goal and Battal Seyyit Armağan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 17 played minutes Düzovaspor got a freekick which was hit by Abbas Kalagay. In the 18th minute, Kadim Siraceddin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Düzovaspor's Ertuğrul Cihannur didn't even have to move. In the 22nd minute Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertuğrul Cihannur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Battal Seyyit Armağan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ertuğrul Cihannur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Battal Seyyit Armağan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gazisehir Gaziantep FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Seyyit Armağan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ertuğrul Cihannur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gaffar Tonguç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kudret Eröz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th match minute, Gazisehir Gaziantep FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gani Bulut to maneuver through the defense. If Ahmet Yahya Sezen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kadim Siraceddin during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gaffar Tonguç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kudret Eröz in the 66th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of Gazisehir Gaziantep FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Düzovaspor:s goal. Gaffar Tonguç went to the wrong direction when Ergincan Sufi was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When Kudret Eröz came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Düzovaspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kudret Eröz couldn't finish the play. Abbas Kalagay got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 72nd minute, Abbas Kalagay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kudret Eröz kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes, Gazisehir Gaziantep FK's Kadim Siraceddin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ertuğrul Cihannur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gazisehir Gaziantep FK reached it. 77 minutes into the match, Düzovaspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş came free, but Ertuğrul Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Gazisehir Gaziantep FK got a freekick which was hit by Gani Bulut. Ahmet Yahya Sezen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Düzovaspor players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Gazisehir Gaziantep FK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
