Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kıvanç Coşan to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Feke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fethi İsmihan to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that İbrahim Betim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tanju Derviş was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After 82 played minutes, Fatih Tamer's Taner Mahmut shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tanju Derviş came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Celal Garipbaş made a precise shot to the right of Ferid Turay. Fatih Tamer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. Fatih Tamer's Ferid Turay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kıvanç Coşan in the 97th minute of play.
