Gaffar Tonguç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ergincan Unan in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferhat Darga in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaffar Tonguç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ergincan Unan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zencirli FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ergincan Unan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaffar Tonguç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the match, Gazisehir Gaziantep FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ferhat Darga came free, but Gaffar Tonguç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaffar Tonguç acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ahmet Hamdi Olgunsu. After some careless play in the Zencirli FK defense, Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hüseyin Resat. The Zencirli FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Resat should have stopped the shot. If Ferhat Darga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute of the game Kadim Siraceddin made a throw-in which Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş played forward. 40 minutes into the match, Gazisehir Gaziantep FK's goalkeeper Gaffar Tonguç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferhat Darga. Gaffar Tonguç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferhat Darga, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet İlhan Ağırtaş made a kick off. Ferhat Darga struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gaffar Tonguç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zencirli FK. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oğuzhan Günaydın in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaffar Tonguç saved Gazisehir Gaziantep FK from getting behind. Sadettin Ayazoğlu's late challenge caught a Zencirli FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sadettin Ayazoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Sadettin Ayazoğlu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Ferhat Darga notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Gazisehir Gaziantep FK's Gaffar Tonguç. Gaffar Tonguç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 71 minutes into the game, Zencirli FK's Ilgaz Kadrihan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kadim Siraceddin hit a great ball. Zencirli FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gafur Kayaer in the 90th minute.
