Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Malkara's Batur Özkurt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ali Atıf Ceviz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nazım Ekabir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Hakan Sözer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Hakan Sözer in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nazım Ekabir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Lemi Sufi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balikesir SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Lemi Sufi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nazım Ekabir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamit Ceyhan struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Nazım Ekabir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balikesir SK. In the 16thth minute of the game Ahmet Hakan Sözer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malkara's Nazım Ekabir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Malkara's goal looked a bit too open when Hamit Ceyhan came free, but Nazım Ekabir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamit Ceyhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Nazım Ekabir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Ahmet Hakan Sözer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazım Ekabir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Numan Settar kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, Balikesir SK's Hamit Ceyhan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nazım Ekabir was left in no man's land by his defense there! Balikesir SK's Samet Mustafa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Balikesir SK from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Lemi Sufi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Hakan Sözer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nazım Ekabir having to make a save. Malkara's Nazım Ekabir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hakan Sözer in the 41st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamit Ceyhan in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nazım Ekabir saved Malkara from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Nazım Ekabir made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Hamit Ceyhan sent off a good shot on target. 0-2 became the score in the 52nd minute when Ahmet Hakan Sözer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Samet Mustafa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Berk Serafet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balikesir SK's Lemi Sufi got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamit Ceyhan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Nazım Ekabir skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Balikesir SK's zone, Batur Özkurt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samet Mustafa came out of the goal and Batur Özkurt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute Ahmet Hakan Sözer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazım Ekabir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Malkara's zone, Hamit Ceyhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nazım Ekabir came out of the goal and Hamit Ceyhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Malkara's Şenel Ulukan got a free kick in the 84th minute. Hamit Ceyhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ahmet Hakan Sözer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamit Ceyhan scored 0-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nazım Ekabir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Balikesir SK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by İsmail Ruzi in the 94th minute. A nice corner shot did that İsmail Ruzi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nazım Ekabir quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hamit Ceyhan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Balikesir SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 96th minute, Balikesir SK's Ahmet Hakan Sözer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. When the match was over Balikesir SK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Malkara throughout the match.
