The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Mustafa Anıl Resul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ultrAs GALA's Namık Köken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Resul Eğriöz in the 8th minute of play. When Mustafa Anıl Resul came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the ultrAs GALA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Anıl Resul couldn't finish the play. Namık Köken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Resul Eğriöz in the 13th minute of play. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mehmet Efe Pekalp sped through ultrAs GALA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Namık Köken. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Mustafa Anıl Resul managed to get in a good position for a shot. ultrAs GALA's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Anıl Resul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İzzet Tanyeri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İzzet Tanyeri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Anıl Resul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ultrAs GALA's Namık Köken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Efe Pekalp in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Resul Eğriöz in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Namık Köken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mehmet Efe Pekalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Resul Eğriöz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Namık Köken having to make a save. Işıkalp Eriş charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Işıkalp Eriş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Işıkalp Eriş hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Selman Ekemen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ultrAs GALA's Namık Köken didn't even have to move. Namık Köken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Resul Eğriöz in the 37th minute of the match. Işıkalp Eriş was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 45th minute, Işıkalp Eriş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

55 minutes into the match, Resul Eğriöz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Namık Köken, 0-2. If Umut Hepyener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Resul Eğriöz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Namık Köken made a huge save. Hayyam Ilıcak hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd play minute Mehmet Efe Pekalp came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Namık Köken. 0-3. Resul Eğriöz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umut Hepyener received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. İzzet Tanyeri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Efe Pekalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Namık Köken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Efe Pekalp ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute, Resul Eğriöz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Namık Köken. The goal made the score 0-4. İzzet Tanyeri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Umut Hepyener's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Namık Köken made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Mehmet Efe Pekalp sent off a good shot on target. Nedim Mahir hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 0-5 became the score in the 88th minute when Mehmet Efe Pekalp elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Besiri got a freekick which was hit by Fazıl Uluşahin. Mehmet Efe Pekalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Namık Köken having to interfere. Besiri's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
