When Kuddusî Ilımlı came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Mutki SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kuddusî Ilımlı couldn't finish the play. After 9 played minutes Mutki SK got a freekick which was hit by Abdi Saygın Tanyol. 12 minutes into the match, Mutki SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aykutalp Saykut came free, but Tamer Arısan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tamer Arısan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykutalp Saykut, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aykut Aydoğdu in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tamer Arısan saved Mutki SK from getting behind. Tamer Arısan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aykutalp Saykut's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Aykut Aydoğdu struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Tamer Arısan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Felahiye. In the 28th minute Aykut Aydoğdu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Arısan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdi Saygın Tanyol was shown his second yellow card after 32 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Felahiye booed when Mutki SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdi Saygın Tanyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aykut Aydoğdu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felahiye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aykut Aydoğdu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, İlkan Şentürk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Mutki SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Felahiye were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kuddusî Ilımlı to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Atilla Tarkan Talip mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mutki SK and the Felahiye players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Felahiye booed when Mutki SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felahiye's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
