A very good chance. 1-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Hıncal Tokgöz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Şentürk Hazar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reis Rasif's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Abdurrezzak Adahan charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdurrezzak Adahan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fikirtepe FK's Abdurrezzak Adahan got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Reis Rasif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Vahap Yerel fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fikirtepe FK's protests and gave Vahap Yerel a yellow card for diving instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şentürk Hazar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Şentürk Hazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hıncal Tokgöz in the 69th minute of play. Şentürk Hazar made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Reis Rasif sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Ulu Otaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 80 minutes, Hıncal Tokgöz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Şentürk Hazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the match, Fikirtepe FK's Reis Rasif sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şentürk Hazar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Sakaryaspor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fikirtepe FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
