Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cem Torcan took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Alpu's Saip Ünzil got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute of the match Balaban Sirri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Müslüm Kayrahan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Mehmet Hamdi Eski fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alpu's protests and gave Mehmet Hamdi Eski a yellow card for diving instead. Mehmet Ediz Yildıran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Kadri İçten made a huge save. A collision led to Galatasaray getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Garip Balıkçı hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Onurhan Öztanır got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehmet Ediz Yildıran received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kadri İçten came out and tried to block the shot, but Mehmet Ediz Yildıran slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. Alpu's Müslüm Kayrahan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halit Fahri Özarı in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Cem Torcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cem Torcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Onurhan Öztanır's late challenge caught a Galatasaray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Onurhan Öztanır helped the player get up and apologised. Onurhan Öztanır kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Müslüm Kayrahan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cem Torcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Alpu's Saip Ünzil seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Saip Ünzil the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Alpu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Saip Ünzil had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 33 minutes into the game, one of Alpu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Balaban Sirri placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 37th match minute, Alpu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şehzade Ruçhan to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Balaban Sirri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Müslüm Kayrahan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Cem Torcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cem Torcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cem Torcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Müslüm Kayrahan having to interfere. Mehmet Ediz Yildıran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kadri İçten having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Ediz Yildıran to make the kick off. Müslüm Kayrahan was a little too slow when Garip Balıkçı got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-1. When Garip Balıkçı fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galatasaray's protests and gave Garip Balıkçı a yellow card for diving instead. Garip Balıkçı kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Ediz Yildıran came free, but Kadri İçten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alpu's Abdurrahman Rami got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kadri İçten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Ediz Yildıran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kadri İçten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Ediz Yildıran in the 72nd minute of play. Cem Torcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82nd minute Cem Torcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Müslüm Kayrahan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Halit Fahri Özarı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Müslüm Kayrahan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cem Torcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdurrahman Rami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadri İçten having to interfere. Kutluay Ersevim kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
