After 4 played minutes Altinova got a freekick which was hit by Yaser Tokuzer. Emirşah Cihanmert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kazım Özaslan in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayberk Tuğbay in the 17th minute of play forced Altinova's goalkeeper Atilla Ilıca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Sezgin Selman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emirşah Cihanmert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kazım Özaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emir İlksen hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sezgin Selman in the 27th minute of play forced Suhut's goalkeeper Emirşah Cihanmert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Sezgin Selman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emirşah Cihanmert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sezgin Selman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 42nd minute, Suhut's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kazım Özaslan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kazım Özaslan got free with Emirşah Cihanmert in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ayberk Tuğbay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kazım Özaslan in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emirşah Cihanmert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kazım Özaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emirşah Cihanmert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sezgin Selman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kazım Özaslan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Emirşah Cihanmert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sezgin Selman came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Altinova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sezgin Selman couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Altinova's Hürkan Özguner got a free kick in the 69th minute. Emirşah Cihanmert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezgin Selman in the 73rd minute of play. Emirşah Cihanmert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazım Özaslan in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Sezgin Selman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Altinova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Sezgin Selman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kazım Özaslan might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emirşah Cihanmert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kazım Özaslan ran back to his position shaking his head.
