Nurettin Ongut took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bünyamin Bekdil. Bünyamin Bekdil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Behçet Katib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nurettin Ongut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Memduh Canfeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Yaşar Aksun having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Karamürsel's Mustafa Yaşar Aksun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karahan İnanoğlu in the 79th minute of play. If Arif Memduh Canfeda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th match minute, Karamürsel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behçet Katib to maneuver through the defense.
