Melih Cevdet Evirgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Talat Özbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbas Kongar having to interfere. Alp Aydınalp scored 0-3 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melih Cevdet Evirgen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Trabzonspor JK's Hüseyin Turan Aşkın shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abbas Kongar but with some difficulty. Batıkan Sezmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Talat Özbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbas Kongar having to interfere. Ali Kürşat Coşar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 43 played minutes Talat Özbal rounded Yeşiköyspor's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. The Trabzonspor JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yeşiköyspor were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alp Aydınalp was the one to do the kick off. Trabzonspor JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yeşiköyspor the free kick. 80 minutes into the match, Yeşiköyspor's goal looked a bit too open when Talat Özbal came free, but Abbas Kongar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abbas Kongar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Kürşat Coşar in the 86th minute of play. Talat Özbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Abbas Kongar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Talat Özbal struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Abbas Kongar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabzonspor JK. Although Trabzonspor JK had been in control for most of the match, Yeşiköyspor still came away with the win.
