Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Müfit Akkanoğlu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Remzi Adısönmez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Savaş Suerdem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Yavuz Selimhan Baler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reşat Hünkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müfit Akkanoğlu in the 17th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Devlet Bayazid got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Müfit Akkanoğlu in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reşat Hünkar saved Göynücek JK from getting behind. After having played for 29 minutes, Devlet Bayazid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canakci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Devlet Bayazid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Devlet Bayazid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Müfit Akkanoğlu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remzi Adısönmez made a kick off. If Gündüz Çakır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 52nd match minute, Göynücek JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzer Atlıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Devlet Bayazid put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Reşat Hünkar. If Müfit Akkanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reşat Hünkar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Müfit Akkanoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reşat Hünkar came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Canakci's Müfit Akkanoğlu. But to his dismay, Müfit Akkanoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Yavuz Selimhan Baler's late challenge caught a Göynücek JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yavuz Selimhan Baler helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Canakci's Yavuz Selimhan Baler got a free kick in the 66th minute. Reşat Hünkar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Müfit Akkanoğlu's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Devlet Bayazid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reşat Hünkar having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Göynücek JK got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzer Atlıoğlu. Devlet Bayazid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Devlet Bayazid succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Fatih Hasret, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 91st minute, Devlet Bayazid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Savaş Suerdem didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. Canakci walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
