Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şahap Taştekin in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alpay Kiray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Tokat SK's goal looked a bit too open when Şahap Taştekin came free, but Alpay Kiray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şahap Taştekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boynuyogun Fc's goalkeeper Baturhan İlsu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Alpay Kiray managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Boynuyogun Fc's Cengiz Kutbay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 36 minutes into the match, Boynuyogun Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Göktuğ Tayfun came free, but Baturhan İlsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şahap Taştekin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Göktuğ Tayfun made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Boynuyogun Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Göktuğ Tayfun came free, but Baturhan İlsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Cengiz Kutbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alpay Kiray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Cengiz Kutbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Şahap Taştekin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boynuyogun Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Şahap Taştekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alpay Kiray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cengiz Kutbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Şahap Taştekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Beyhan Eryildiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şahap Taştekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Tokat SK's Ali Orhan Saltık got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tokat SK's zone, Cengiz Kutbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alpay Kiray came out of the goal and Cengiz Kutbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There was no doubt that Boynuyogun Fc were the better team. Boynuyogun Fc's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
