Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Camlidere FK's Atay Arıkhan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atay Arıkhan in the 3rd minute of play forced Erzurumspor 1968's goalkeeper Bahtiyar Usare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bahtiyar Usare made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Yılmaz Onatsu sent off a good shot on target. Bahadır Konuralp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egemen Yiğitcan having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Yılmaz Onatsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Camlidere FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Yalçın Onuk's late challenge caught a Camlidere FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yalçın Onuk helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Erzurumspor 1968 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Yalçın Onuk hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes Erzurumspor 1968 got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa İzzet Murat. Egemen Yiğitcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahadır Konuralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bahadır Konuralp made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Arif Cengiz Akdoğu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camlidere FK and the Erzurumspor 1968 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camlidere FK's Egemen Yiğitcan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Camlidere FK from getting a goal against them. After having played for 60 minutes, Yalçın Onuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erzurumspor 1968's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yalçın Onuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Yılmaz Onatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahtiyar Vakkasoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atay Arıkhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Atay Arıkhan fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Camlidere FK's protests and gave Atay Arıkhan a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Erzurumspor 1968 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
