Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) SSFC's Süruri Işık started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Kamber Öztarhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şensoy Özker hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Kamber Öztarhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kamber Öztarhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uluç Attar having to interfere. If Enver Savaşer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, Tuzla SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Hüsnü Kökten to maneuver through the defense. Süruri Işık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uluç Attar having to interfere. Haldun Yastıkcığlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enver Savaşer in the 24th minute of the match. Uluç Attar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süruri Işık, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uluç Attar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Süruri Işık in the 32nd minute. Bekir Baysoy hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Akgün Hurmacı took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uluç Attar. Tuzla SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, SSFC's Türkeş Sağlamtürk got a free kick in the 36th minute. Haldun Yastıkcığlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şensoy Özker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Süruri Işık got free with Uluç Attar in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Hamdi Rasif fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SSFC's protests and gave Hamdi Rasif a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SSFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Hamdi Rasif hit a great ball. Uluç Attar was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Süruri Işık capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Süruri Işık really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Nebi Baykoca made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Tuzla SK defense, Süruri Işık kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uluç Attar. The Tuzla SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uluç Attar should have stopped the shot. The supporters of SSFC booed when Tuzla SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fazıl Hüsnü Kökten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute Kamber Öztarhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uluç Attar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uluç Attar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamber Öztarhan in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match SSFC got a corner. Tuzla SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Akgün Hurmacı ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Akgün Hurmacı got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Uluç Attar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tuzla SK's goalkeeper Uluç Attar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nebi Baykoca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haldun Yastıkcığlu having to interfere. Şensoy Özker kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match.
