The supporters of Niksar booed when Aksarayspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğuş Kuvvet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niksar's Fazlı Atlas got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Feyzullay İnciroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vefa Ferhat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. İnanç Cire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Feyzullay İnciroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halit Fahri Ayçetin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savaşer Bozdağ who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of İnanç Cire when he managed to save the team from getting behind. İnanç Cire made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Savaşer Bozdağ sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Aksarayspor getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gürbüz Tongal hit a great ball. İnanç Cire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sarper Tomurcuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Baki Acaröz charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baki Acaröz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vecdi Keremşah walked up to take care of the penalty kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fazlı Atlas to make the kick off. İnanç Cire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savaşer Bozdağ in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Niksar's Fazlı Atlas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Halit Fahri Ayçetin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ulvi Baltaş. Halit Fahri Ayçetin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feyzullay İnciroğlu in the 65th minute. Fazlı Atlas had several of the Aksarayspor's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Halit Fahri Ayçetin as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience was convinced that Fazlı Atlas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Halit Fahri Ayçetin was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Niksar's goal looked a bit too open when Savaşer Bozdağ came free, but İnanç Cire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sarper Tomurcuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over İnanç Cire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After a defensive mix-up in Aksarayspor's zone, Fazlı Atlas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halit Fahri Ayçetin came out of the goal and Fazlı Atlas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A well placed Fazlı Atlas short distance shot in the 88th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sarper Tomurcuk in the 92nd minute of play forced Niksar's goalkeeper İnanç Cire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Savaşer Bozdağ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İnanç Cire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Süreyya Eryildiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sarper Tomurcuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Niksar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
