After the first half NUSAYBİNİM were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nejat Koytan was the one to do the kick off. Fenerbahçe's İzzettin Başkaynak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ertuğrul Akhan in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Kadir Sabuncuoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ertuğrul Akhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but İzzettin Başkaynak made a huge save. In the 70th match minute, Fenerbahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mithat Okkan to maneuver through the defense. Abuzer Özgunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nejat Koytan in the 94th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper İzzettin Başkaynak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over NUSAYBİNİM could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fenerbahçe throughout the match.
