Kamer Erten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Ozan Kabadayı, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arda Ozan Kabadayı in the 16th minute of play forced Kalkandere's goalkeeper Kamer Erten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sungur Topdemir scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamer Erten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Batu Mehdi took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp to make any attempt to save it. Halit Fahri Ayıkoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halit Fahri Ayıkoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cerkes getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Halit Fahri Ayıkoğlu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Kalkandere's Şevket Oker tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şevket Oker in the 36th minute of play forced Cerkes's goalkeeper Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Gökalp Batıray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arda Ozan Kabadayı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd match minute, Kalkandere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Bülent Usman to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Batu Mehdi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kalkandere booed when Cerkes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ertuğrul Deniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gökalp Batıray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şevket Oker in the 58th minute of the match. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batu Mehdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Oker in the 67th minute of play. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Batu Mehdi's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Batu Mehdi struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalkandere. 77 minutes into the game, Kalkandere's Gökalp Batıray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Batu Mehdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp having to interfere. Yavuz Bülent Usman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp having to interfere. Gökalp Batıray's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, Kalkandere's Gökalp Batıray made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hasan Hüseyin Kutlualp was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kalkandere's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
