Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fahri Kuthan started the match with the kick off. Fahri Kuthan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gökalp Cangiray kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Barış Ustaoğlu made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Şeray Vahapoğlu sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batu Mehdi in the 8th minute of play forced Ekinözü SK's goalkeeper Barış Ustaoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ekinözü SK's Barış Ustaoğlu got control of the ball when Şevket Oker tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute Tan Tardu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamer Erten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalkandere's Kamer Erten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaşar Nuri Cumhur in the 14th minute of play. Kamer Erten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fahri Kuthan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batu Mehdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barış Ustaoğlu having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Ataman Haznedaroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batu Mehdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Barış Ustaoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barış Ustaoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilge Kutbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ekinözü SK's Barış Ustaoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökalp Batıray in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Ekinözü SK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ataman Haznedaroğlu hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Barış Ustaoğlu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gökalp Batıray was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Kalkandere's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Bayram Zübeyir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barış Ustaoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökalp Batıray in the 46th minute of play. Barış Ustaoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batu Mehdi in the 48th minute of play. Kamer Erten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tan Tardu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Batu Mehdi to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ekinözü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Oker came free, but Barış Ustaoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gökalp Batıray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barış Ustaoğlu having to interfere. Şevket Oker struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Barış Ustaoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalkandere. After a rather tough play, Ekinözü SK's Ataman Haznedaroğlu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Batu Mehdi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barış Ustaoğlu having to make a save. Tanju Yusuf hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Kalkandere's Bayram Zübeyir got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gökalp Batıray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Barış Ustaoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökalp Batıray blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barış Ustaoğlu having to make a save. In the 74th match minute, Ekinözü SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanju Yusuf to maneuver through the defense. Fahri Kuthan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamer Erten having to interfere. Barış Ustaoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batu Mehdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bilge Kutbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Batu Mehdi came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Kalkandere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batu Mehdi couldn't finish the play. Ekinözü SK's Barış Ustaoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şevket Oker in the 87th minute of play. Batu Mehdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gökalp Batıray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barış Ustaoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Oker in the 93rd minute of play. There was no doubt that Kalkandere were the better team. Kalkandere's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
