But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İslam Yenay couldn't finish the play. If İslam Yenay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Çelik Samil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Batu Geçer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, İslam Yenay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alişan Aköz got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Batu Geçer handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Hacibektas's Batu Geçer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alişan Aköz in the 34th minute of play. Yavuzalp Tangun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturhan Karhan having to interfere. If İslam Yenay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alişan Aköz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yavuzalp Tangun to make the kick off. Yakup Kadri Mansız's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Baturhan Karhan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 80 minutes into the match, Sebat's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuzalp Tangun came free, but Baturhan Karhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Atalay Umurbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yakup Kadri Mansız struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. After some careless play in the Hacibektas defense, Alişan Aköz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Batu Geçer. The Hacibektas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Batu Geçer should have stopped the shot.
