The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Trak Lüleburgaz JK booed when Elmadag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göktan Seyhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Eser Tandoğdu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karhan Haseki took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mustafa Yaşar Canberk. Mustafa Yaşar Canberk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Elmadag booed when Trak Lüleburgaz JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vecdet Akasma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trak Lüleburgaz JK's Mustafa Yaşar Canberk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göktan Seyhan in the 19th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Yunus Özdoğru rounded Trak Lüleburgaz JK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Mustafa Yaşar Canberk made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Karhan Haseki sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Arslan Helvacıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karhan Haseki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Yaşar Canberk having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Yunus Özdoğru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trak Lüleburgaz JK's Mustafa Yaşar Canberk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elmadag's Yunus Özdoğru got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mustafa Yaşar Canberk made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Yunus Özdoğru sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute of the match Rafettin Sayman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necmi Özyurek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yunus Özdoğru was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Yunus Özdoğru had several of the Trak Lüleburgaz JK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Mustafa Yaşar Canberk as he didn't even see the shot coming. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yunus Özdoğru made a kick off. Nuri Baysan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Necmi Özyurek came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Trak Lüleburgaz JK's Arslan Helvacıoğlu. But to his dismay, Arslan Helvacıoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 63rd minute, Mustafa Arif Satı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Yaşar Canberk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yunus Özdoğru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karhan Haseki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Trak Lüleburgaz JK defense, Yunus Özdoğru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mustafa Yaşar Canberk. The Trak Lüleburgaz JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Yaşar Canberk should have stopped the shot. Arif Bilge Ersalmış's late challenge caught a Elmadag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arif Bilge Ersalmış helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Trak Lüleburgaz JK's Arif Bilge Ersalmış got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Elmadag's Yunus Özdoğru got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mustafa Yaşar Canberk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yunus Özdoğru, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Trak Lüleburgaz JK's zone, Karhan Haseki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Yaşar Canberk came out of the goal and Karhan Haseki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Trak Lüleburgaz JK booed when Elmadag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Efe Şendoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute Karhan Haseki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Yaşar Canberk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Elmadag were the better team. Elmadag's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
