Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Abdurrezzak Akıncıbeyoğlu came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kursunlu's Hamit Göçer. But to his dismay, Hamit Göçer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by İbrahim Ethem Sakman in the 7th minute of play forced Kursunlu's goalkeeper Başar Özakıncı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Kursunlu's goalkeeper Başar Özakıncı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muhittin İbiş. Başar Özakıncı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İbrahim Ethem Sakman, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Halfeti FK's Ahmet Nasir Bender dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. With an all-out effort, Halfeti FK's Başar Özakıncı threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from İbrahim Ethem Sakman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mehdi Şenel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Başar Özakıncı made a huge save. Hamit Göçer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Başar Özakıncı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Ethem Sakman in the 34th minute of play. İbrahim Ethem Sakman hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Mehdi Şenel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Başar Özakıncı. Kursunlu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehdi Şenel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 43rd minute, Halfeti FK's İbrahim Ethem Sakman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Başar Özakıncı. Başar Özakıncı yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Başar Özakıncı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehdi Şenel in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hamit Göçer to make the kick off. Başar Özakıncı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhittin İbiş in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute Hamit Göçer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdurrezzak Akıncıbeyoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Başar Özakıncı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Nasir Bender, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Kursunlu's Başar Özakıncı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Nasir Bender in the 65th minute of play. After some careless play in the Kursunlu defense, Ahmet Nasir Bender kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Başar Özakıncı. The Kursunlu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Başar Özakıncı should have stopped the shot. Başar Özakıncı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nasir Bender in the 71st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Nasir Bender during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Halfeti FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Nasir Bender. Hamit Göçer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Abdurrezzak Akıncıbeyoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute İbrahim Ethem Sakman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Başar Özakıncı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Başar Özakıncı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Nasir Bender in the 79th minute of play. When Ahmet Nasir Bender was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. The supporters of Kursunlu booed when Halfeti FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Nasir Bender didn't get a good kick on the ball. Başar Özakıncı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehdi Şenel in the 85th minute of the match. Kursunlu's Başar Özakıncı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehdi Şenel in the 86th minute of play. Başar Özakıncı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehdi Şenel in the 88th minute of the match. Mehdi Şenel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mehdi Şenel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kursunlu's zone, Mehdi Şenel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Başar Özakıncı came out of the goal and Mehdi Şenel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
