After 2 played minutes Redbridge fc got a freekick which was hit by Mümin Sancaktar. Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genco Başkurt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Genco Başkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ant Ünsi in the 24th minute of play. Genco Başkurt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ant Ünsi went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Genco Başkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan in the 31st minute of the match. Genco Başkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genco Başkurt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cenan Arabacı made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Celal Yağız hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Üsküdar's Genco Başkurt threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ant Ünsi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Genco Başkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaffar Azimoğlu in the 60th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Redbridge fc got a freekick which was hit by Cenan Arabacı. If Cenan Arabacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 67 in the game by Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan from a close distance when the talented Genco Başkurt managed to make a qualified save. Redbridge fc's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Üsküdar's zone, Cenan Arabacı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seyit Ulutay came out of the goal and Cenan Arabacı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Genco Başkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ant Ünsi in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Ahmet Vefik Ilıcak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Genco Başkurt made a huge save. Genco Başkurt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan in the 83rd minute. Genco Başkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ant Ünsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hasan Ali Samin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Redbridge fc's Genco Başkurt got control of the ball when Ahmet Hayri Kayıhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Genco Başkurt was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Artun Tecen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Artun Tecen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ant Ünsi in the 96th minute of play forced Redbridge fc's goalkeeper Genco Başkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Üsküdar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
