Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 8 played minutes Diyadinspor got a freekick which was hit by Caner Kadem. In the 9th minute, Mustafa Namık Ilgın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10thth minute of the game Göksel Savni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diyadinspor's Atıf Özselen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Mustafa Namık Ilgın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tekin Akyazıcıoğlu's late challenge caught a Sparta FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tekin Akyazıcıoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göksel Savni in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atıf Özselen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Atıf Özselen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Göksel Savni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atıf Özselen having to interfere. Doğuş Suni charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doğuş Suni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Diyadinspor got a freekick which was hit by Doğuş Suni. Göksel Savni struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Atıf Özselen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sparta FK. Göksel Savni did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Atıf Özselen 43 minutes into the match. Tanju Ekinoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göksel Savni in the 48th minute of play forced Diyadinspor's goalkeeper Atıf Özselen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

53 minutes into the match, Göksel Savni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Atıf Özselen. Diyadinspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göksel Savni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Hasan Özkutsal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pekin Kartekin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sparta FK's Ahmet Kağan Karluk got a free kick in the 58th minute. Hasan Özkutsal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pekin Kartekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Göksel Savni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sparta FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göksel Savni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Göksel Savni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Atıf Özselen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Göksel Savni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atıf Özselen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Göksel Savni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pekin Kartekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Özkutsal, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Tanju Ekinoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sparta FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Sparta FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
